The Dodge Hornet is one of the most exciting releases of the 2023 season. Dodge takes the more compact build of the Hornet and really emphasizes the crisp lines and proportions of the model. It gets the same muscular build as the Durango, but it’s not sitting as tall or wide, and that’s a good thing for people who prefer their SUVs toned down a bit. The model’s available spoilers and very even grille area get the double red Dodge logo mark sits dead center of the slimmed upper grille. This really allows the new colors of the Hornet to stand out and shine. We have very few details about the exterior so far, but some of the info we know about the “Track Pack” details how nice the Hornet gets. The model can be equipped with 20-inch black painted wheels and more than a few chrome or blacked out accents.
A compact crossover has to maximum spacing and visibility with the best of them. Fortunately, Dodge’s exterior engineering lends itself to vast interior spaces even on smaller models. Information about the interior has been kept understandably tight-lipped, but we do know that you can count on a Uconnect 5 infotainment system for your navigation, apps, and voice recognition. Dodge makes no secret that they’ve given preferential treatment to the Hornet’s driver. They get a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster that’s a colorful and informative center to track performance. The 10.25-inch touchscreen actually tracks G-forces, so you know it’s going to be a thrilling source of statistics. As for how cozily your Hornet gets, the Track Pack is available to deliver Alcantara sport seats and aluminum accents. Those two features alone hint at just how nice the Hornet interior gets.
